Beautiful smooth nose of stewed apricots , lychees and white-fleshed fruit, and honey. Lovely structure on the palate, full and fresh yet charmingly elegant. Long finish which ends on mineral notes.

Soil : Deep Pyrennean gravel, often with a limestone-clay substrata.

Grape variety : Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Semillon (20%)
