The Wines


Soil : Deep Pyrennean gravel, often with a limestone-clay substrata.

Grape variety : Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Semillon (20%)

Vinification :

Serving suggestions : It accompanies lemon chicken tajine, meat skewers, steamed Saint Jacques or the shellfish served with an orange sauce, crab and shrimp, and various types of fish including trout and Ossau Iraty.
